To all,
Does anyone know the date, exact or approximate, that IFMX releases their earnings?
Thanks in advance, KS

Friends,

There is a memo posted on the SI Oracle thread. It is allegedly from
Mr Henley-Oracle CFO.

If the letter is valid, Henley explains that business is
good in many sectors of the database business. Only a few sectors
are experiencing a slowdown. He calls for the company to make the
Q3 numbers so that Oracle can get back on track with analyst estimations. Henley even said that there were some large database markets that haven't even been penetrated yet. (paraphase)
If this is true (and we know it is), then where were our friends
we affectionately call "analysts". I think we will look back at all these "slowdown" articles and predictions to have a good laugh. I think these articles are DEAD wrong!

While Sybase is reporting slowdown, both Informix and Oracle are
reporting heathly markets. As I have stated before, I think Informix
will be the first to *confirm* a heathier market than analysts have
predicted. Then Oracle and Sybase will also report better market conditions.

The clues are there. The companies themselves are telling us that
this is what is going to happen. Stay tuned and fasten your seat belts! Our Informix investment is about to pay off.
