It my not be a matter of conscience, but a matter of good common sense, on the part of Floridians. Contrary to what is reported in media, there is a lot of good science that suggests that global warming has nothing to do with carbon emissions. Check out this SI board for more information.

Cali doesn't burn "clean energy". We buy it from other areas that use coal power plants because we are too stupid to build new power plants of our own. It's all just a boat load of hypocrisy. We put up with brown outs and other problems constantly due to lack of capacity. It's like the whole electric car scam. Electric cars are not zero emission. Approx. 70% of the power used to charge the batteries on an electric car come from fossil fuel burning (COAL AND NAT GAS) power plants.

The people in this state are some of the most clueless individuals on the planet.
