Were those of the negro race who ended up in the military of a different social upbringing as a percentage than those of the whole population as non Negroes That would be a valid question. I think personal bias on either side of the argument could make the component difficult to measure. The Flynn Effect result did confirm my personal belief, that all homo sapiens are basically equal (same DNA) and that given the same encouragement, similar expectations, good results are obtained. I do know when I am not being scientific, and it's just my personal belief.
