Vincent, my point was... this particular SGI person sensed no major problem(s) -within SGI- at all. None, save the embarrassing consequence of not predicting a bad quarter. Which, in his opinion, was brought upon CO as a gift from previous COO. I cringe to ask. But that would be a -minefield- you are tiptoeing in, so please don't elaborate further. We want you on this thread (the pro-SGI, turbo-powered, hw hog that you are!!) and not in some Santa Clara District Courtroom yourself. Again, my feeling is SGI camp is not too stirred internally. However, I'm outside and not real fond of CO. So that's an uneducated, slightly biased guess at best. Mathon
