®What can be done in the immediate present to draw more attention to all the future accomplishments we have been told to expect?¯

®A token open-market, Company share buy-back.¯

®Even if funds are limited, the affect could push the stock above the $3.125 price range that would allow for the warrant holders to exercise their extended warrants at.¯

®The new cash raised from the warrant sale could offset the initial cash outlay.¯

Frank, interesting gamble! Would it work, I don't know. Would people take notice, you bet! Would 100,000 shares be enough, I am not sure.

My question is this, If the company is close to turning profitable, why take the risk? Would it make a difference 6 months down the road?

Certainly this company is not against taking risks. Look at its acquistions and now the creation of NewCo!

Frank,

As you know Accumed needs its cash for product development right now.

I agree that a share buyback sounds like a good idea at these price levels but probably wouldn't occur, until a CASH COW comes along to fund this.

It might be a better idea to retain a WALL STREET PR firm with that 100k.

cheers, C.S.

Frank, I have to disagree with you on the share buyback approach. Buybacks are a sign that the company has no better way to invest their money. Makes sense for a cash cow with declining marginal utility of capital.

I don't think that very nice person called us "Whores". I rather fancy that this asstute investor was saying that our analysis was worthy of a reception and that there should be very wonderful "free" Hors d'oeuvres in our honor. But then there was a debate on the value of advice if it is free. Some suggested that these should be "paid" Hors d'oeuvres.
