dan oreilly,

Your points are well taken. If it is a very short term game for Dr. See and Tom Waite, then the risk for them is essentially none. However, If they convert 18 million shares at 30 cents and try to sell it in a short period of time they most likely will drive down the price of the stock. So in that case their return will be relatively limited. But still they stand to make a lot without much risk.

In support of my reasoning please do consider the fact that I am talking about the long term scenario only. If their objective is to see the product develop or find a suitable buyer for the company, then due to the length of time as well as the uncertainties involved, their risk begins to increase. But, obviously we do not know if they are in for the long or the short haul. We can speculate either way without any certainty for being correct.

Also, at the current price the situation for the new share holders who bought below $1.0 and the existing share holders who bought at significantly higher prices, is very differet. I am glad that you came out ahead in your situation. I hope that eventually the same will happen for others as well.

Thanks for sharing your comments.

Dan - nicely stated - all reward and no risk when your buy in is at the absolute lowest point in the stock's history. And holding news to "float" as you put it is the real kicker - look forward to more of your positngs
