Thanks for making an important point. "Their" feeling that the market will be "safe" because of so much money they "think" will go into stocks.I agree with your comment.These people didn't sell at the highs and I have seen them give back a lot of profits but as long as they are up 10% instead of %40 or more they don't seem to mind. They don't care about a breach of moving averages etc.That can help us trade options longer because they will keep this musical chairs game going.It will take some pretty nasty earnings or something else severe to really drive this market down in a big way for very long. And ironically that's usually when the worst is over.This is a very simplistic observation, I know, but I had to mention it as this issue keeps popping up in so many conversations...that is even the reason they are not worried about valuations.FWIW It is a bit like the Y2K problem when most people assume it will be ok no matter what.;)
