Alexa, You don't really believe I was making an argument there do you? Get real.

But since you want an argument so bad, you shall have it...

The real problem is you unwittingly twisted yourself into an illogical corner and your PO'd at me for pointing it out to you.

If second-hand smoke is as eeevil as you say, then you should be willing to protect children from it's destructive effects. That means forcing by law, the banning of smoking in cars and homes if children are around. To ignore children by placing adults in bars as innocent victims above children, blows the logic of your argument to it's core.

Realizing what a radical philosophy and intrusion of FREEDOM this would be, you elect instead to go on and on about my arguments being illogical and irrational instead of answering the questions.

1. Would you force by law the removal of children from parents who smoke in a car with them?
2. Would you force by law the removal of children from parents who smoke in their homes?

This is only part of the pandora's box I warned you about in our original argument. Now your faced with the tougher questions and your not willing to stand by your convictions.

It's always easier to attack the person giving the argument instead of the argument itself. This clearly shows the weakness of your position.

Kids are abused everyday Alexa, second hand smoke! Stand by your convictions or have your argument dissolve.

And I suppose this law should be passed without a vote too??

Michael
