By every medical standard we are disabled. We are addicts, just like crack addicts and heroin addicts. The only difference is we pay heavy taxes to maintain our habit and they don't.

Holly, the reason that the bar owner, not the smoker, may be punished when someone smokes in a California bar or club, is that it is a WORKPLACE SAFETY LAW. The owner is responsible for maintaining workplace safety.
