Dave, allow me to respectfully disagree. It seems to me nowadays that top management of large companies owns so much (so many million $$ worth) of stock that the last thing on their minds is trying to make a buck buying and selling their companies' stocks. It seems that when an officer sells stock it is a big deal. When you consider the high estate tax rates (55%) every exec has a big tax problem in that they have accumulated too much wealth. So, IMHO, when an officer of a company sells stock it isn't a big deal and when he doesn't buy more it is completely understandable, in the absence of other compelling information. Let me also state that as a lurker here I value your posts tremendously.

Sincerely,
Robbie
