Perhaps but let us look at another quote from Northam from CNN. "I believe now and then that I am not either of the people in this photo," Northam said. "This was not me in that picture. That was not Ralph Northam."--Ralph Northam He still used the word "believe" which implies he does not know. From this one option is he, on more then one ocassion wore blackface or kkk garb enough that he can't definitively be sure it is not him. He then states it is not him in "that" picture but given the first statement means what? That there may be many other pictures he was in? Then he speaks of himself in the 3rd person to close. Just weird. Unless there is something really good in the Mueller report we have to wait till 2020 to clean the White House.
