When I was living in NYC I made a sarcastic comment to a friend that the way to long life is to restrict one to shop only at Dean and DeLuca. The food is healthy, organic, free range - and obscenely expensive. This ensures that what you eat is good for you, but you can't afford to eat much and will be lean :-P That is actually the way to live. All these unnatural farms are so we can stuff ourselves beyond what we need and get obese.
