Janski,

I am relieved to find someone challenging the Pied Piper. I'm not as lifeless as the rest of these desperate souls, however, I bet if you could re-post several of KL's responses, it would be quite enlightening to see his degree of vascillation.

Come on Kerry, pounding the table to guarded optimism in 6 months may dwindle membership in the cult. Maybe not, they've been with you this long. Just don't let any of that information about the lack of financing get out. Ooops(sp.? iceberg). Maybe, I should have sent a "private e-mail" on that one!

Joe

Janski you wrote :

<<Kerry, I find your ability to adjust your opinion about Ancor's
immediate prospects truly amazing. At least you finally learnt
something from being constantly wrong. This time at least you
qualified your statement about the OEM timing to a decision that
wil be made but not necesserily announced. That was brilliant man.>>

There is no adjustment on my ANCR views." OEM's up for grabs" means "OEM's up for grabs". What do YOU think it means? I have no idea what you're talking about. Why do you think I repeatedly tell people over the past 12+ months that ANCR is for SPECULATIVE investors, is VOLATILE and DO NOT BUY ON MARGIN? Do you also conveniently forget that I have repeatedly stated that ANCR is not for day traders because of the illiquidity of being a Nasdaq small cap stock?
Do you think I gave that advice because I thought it was a slam dunk? Please be specific with your criticism, ie back it up with research/facts. Aside from incorrect predictions on the stock price and the timing of OEM deals, where else have I made a bad call? Do you not recall that in the past 9 months, I also made calls/left clues about:

1. Management changes ( b4 they occured )
2. Next generation switch- timing and features ( eg all 3 classes )
3. BULL contract
4. Boeing contract
5. Hucom order
6. Q3 revenues below $4 million
7. Q3 write-offs
8. Insider buying

Please share your predictions/research on this company or any other company so that we can all benefit from your knowledge.

BTW, what high standards do you hold Wall St analysts/pundits to?
Please tell me what "experts" you admire/follow and where I can subscribe to their newsletters/reports. Jim Cramer? Elaine Garzerelli? Barton Biggs? Roger McNamee? Michael Murphy? Bill Fleckenstein? Abbie Cohen? Joe Battapaglia? WHO in your mind has a great track record and has consistently been right 80% of the time? Can I get their advice/research for free? Since you are clearly an expert on investment matters, perhaps you can tell me...Have any of these people ever made a bad/wrong call?

Janski, you clearly feel a need to attach blame. Are you blaming me for the FC market being slower to develop/ramp up?Are you blaming me for previous inept Ancor Mgmt practices? Are you blaming me for OEMs not meeting their own internal product development timetables or for Ancor having to make product changes based on customer feedback? If that's what makes you feel better, it's a free country. You know what FREE advice is worth don't you?

How did you make out on NUKO last year?Did you take my advice on NUKO? Were you one of the people who made money from some of my other positions/trades last year, eg. AMTX, PLAT, NSPK, ARX, ABTX? Believe it or not, I do put my money in more than one position at a time. I don't claim to be the best market timer/trader and many of my picks came from friends/contacts in the industry. For me personally, ANCR is part of a long term speculative portfolio. I am grateful to those who have shared their ideas with me and when I buy a stock that loses money, I have no one to blame but myself because I didn't do my own due diligence.

Janski, let's assume I AGREE with you on EVERYTHING. Ancor has lousy Mgmt, Q4 will be lousy, the FC market is non-existent, they are running out of cash because they can't generate any revenues, a qualified opinion is imminent if they can't get financing ASAP, OEM's are neither here nor there, Brocade seems to be winning EVERYTHING , all the Ancor announcements to-date amount to nothing and there is a class action lawsuit to boot with some pretty scary allegations. Also, assume that Brocade wins STK and more importantly, SUN because they are in Silicon Valley and they have the ace card in the hole, Andy B. Forget about the unsubstantiated rumor that Brocade still may not have arbitrated loop working yet.. Have I missed anything? Bankruptcy and de-listing? Lights out? Perhaps a take-over by Coyote/NUKO?

Janski, do you agree with me on all this bad news on the horizon for ANCR shareholders? Is this what you wanted me to say? What should I do? Sell or Short? I'm waiting for your market call on this so I can "learnt" another lesson...

Anxiously awaiting your advice before I "loose" more money ....
