I understand hand hope it works. However, what is there to manage. They are trying to invent the wheel. It's an invention process not an management one. When they think they have it, the wheel falls off the cart. In the mean time, everybody takes shots including the regulators from two countries and exchanges are all over them waiting for the slightest mistake. For all practical purposes, the only things I think really need managing right now are those that are associated with paying Bateman's bills, staying out of trouble, methodically processing free gold assays, and staying financed. It seems to me that level of management doesn't take an MBA from CA Mining U and Doyle is the best at money. If we (SI IPM thread) went out and hired a "manager", the whole thing would go down the toilet - right Grogins? I think it's time that many on this this thread quit trying to micro manage IPM. I would feel a lot less comfortable if Le and his team quit and Jackson, Charters, Grasso and their team took over. You think you see mismanagement now, can you imagine what that would be like?
