to all,

I had a question about the class action lawsuit. If I lost money on wdc between the period they mention, do I have to register my number of shares with the law firm? Or, when the verdict is announced, I can claim a percentage just because I fit the group criteria?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks as always for your considered opinion.

The reason I think UBS might want Bear Stearns is because like you mentioned, both CS and Deutsche already have a presence in the U.S. and that makes them globally competitive with Merrill, Morgan Stanley and Goldman. Warburg Dillon Reed has no presence in the U.S.

Everybody has to build his empire, no?
