266MHZ M@ would have a PRII rating of 333 at 75 Mhz bus. More at a 100Mhz bus. and would out run a Pentium II 333 at 66 Mhz bus...but 3 months is a long way off...Intel will be starting to ship it's 100 Mhz bus Pentium IIs (BX chipset too) about that time, won't they?
Still, a 266 MHz M2 would definitely close the gap on Intel...
