Thanks for sharing. The Rus2000 looks like she is Topping once again here. We should start to see a roll over commence real soon. For sure that is what makes a market as I see a continued breakout after a test from above. The target, for the Head & Shoulders Bottom (Reversal) Pattern, is the tip of the green arrow and remains in place as long as the neckline is not violated. I could see a 2nd tap from above, perhaps coinciding with hitting the 200 hr MA... if there is some weakness, but right now things look bullish to me and remain there unless the necklines on the charts I posted Friday here fail.
