We waited almost an hour for someone to assist. Best Buy did not have any of these computers. We had already been there. I had to buy where pricing & availability.

We were thinking about adding more Sdram but I decided it would be done later. Usually, I take my unit to Best Buy, buy the dram (EDO, Sdram, which ever) & they install.

I've ran into the same problem in Birmingham and to a lessor degree in Atlanta with rudeness and disinterest. Think CompUSA found them a real as- hol- and cloned him?
