LOL...baby steps backwards

graystone:

I don't care what JPM offers, I am not buying, we already have bank books. The real fraud is trying to pass off some centralized JPM funny money game as cryptocurrency. The JPM Coin, what a shitshow of digital stupidity. Blending accusations here but calling the JPM Coin crypto is like Libertarian Rand Paul (against socialized medical care) going to a "private Canadian hospital". We don't have private hospitals in Canada and JPM isn't offering cryptocurrency.

=====================================

Each JPM Coin is redeemable for a single U.S. dollar, so its value shouldn't fluctuate, similar in concept to so-called stablecoins. Clients will be issued the coins after depositing dollars at the bank; after using the tokens for a payment or security purchase on the blockchain, the bank destroys the coins and gives clients back a commensurate number of dollars.
