How does this translate into price?

Here's the RSI. Given the move the stock has made and the fact the RSI has not followed that says to me, this pattern will either retest the previous O low and possible add 1 or 2 more. TWT.

Test the Dec price lows or RSI lows that I'd have to find your chart parameters to see if I got it right?

As for if it is a new bull or we test the Dec lows and or go lower... I agree TWT and we only know FOR SURE if a new bull began on Christmas AFTER the market makes a new high. Before then, it is only opinions.

As for those who say we didn't have a bear, I say Bull! LOL

Bears are declines of 20% or more and 3 of the 4 indexes saw this and the DOW has so few stocks it really doesn't count..... but VTI is what matters.
