To answer your question, neither. It's unrealistic to expect a co (especially one in tech) to continue growing without an occasional slowdown. The article, apparently, was to soothe investors that ADPT business in SEA is growing (unlike many other businesses) even though sales in US and Japan are declining. If the overall business (especially those in US and Japan) of ADPT is doing fine, do you expect its share price to be at its current valuation? One of the things we need to do is to "guestimate" how long this slowdown will continue in order to give us a better feel for its fair valuation. $21+ is certainly way below its fair value.
