It's no secret that I'm no fan of Obama and I've especially derided him during his 2nd term (really since his 3rd year in office). That said, whatever legal pretext Trump is using for his wall, it is just that - a pretext. And I don't approve of using the letter of the law to go against its spirit. I think the US is going down the tubes and both parties piled on than their fair share of crap on the nation. I don't see this behavior as part of the solution but a deepening of the problem.
