Here's the chart for the 60-1 confirmation. Notice the 60 min EMA 3 (red line) dropped below the 60 min EMA 11,low (bottom green line) and remained there at the close of the 6th hour. Now if the 60 min MACD (12,26,9) crosses below the zero line at the close and 60-E-1 will then be confirmed with a projected low of 2727.21. That would likely put the SPX back into Bear territory.
