Yup. I tried to make the case to one of the local newspaper editors who exposes pensions that it is similar to "fruit of the poison tree" where the contracts we owe as taxpayers for these illegal pensions should be null and void just like Madoff contracts... they are Ponzi schemes. But try getting that by state judges who like their pensions too!
