Rand's remarks about Solzhenitsin.

He is a much better writer than her. His work did far more to damage the Marxist/Communist power and credibility in Europe than her's.

Regardless of his foibles or his intentions, he gifted the world with an unflinching look at Soviet totalitarianism.

Rand was no spotless saint, either. Most great men and women accomplish great things in spite of their personal flaws.
