Yes, I did see the Motley writeup, but it raised more questions in my mind than answered them. Not familiar with Cohen & Steers, but I would like to have a REIT in my portfolio at this time. I have enough Mutual Funds at this point, want to manage Red's fund. (haha)
Anyway, I quess this stock looked interesting because it is so undervalued. I am going to watch this one carefully, and I think if the interst rates go any lower this one will do well. Thanks for your input, and smile, smile, smile.

Sergio,

I think I got a good one for you to test your FA retrieval skills on. ASTN has an official attitude with a score of 53 (possible revision to 52 when I run it again, stochastics are on the line between 6 and 5). What little FA I have found on it is interesting but I am missing the financials. If you don't mind, could you see what you can come up with?
