Tom, at the rate that QCOM is milking superbowl week for publicity, I may be forced to buy some calls tomorrow. Really find it hard to believe that they will not do everything legal to make the numbers look fantastic tomorrow.

TAwise, QCOM is sitting just above strong support. Either way, there should be something more exciting this week for QCOM holders than that ballgame this weekend.

Ramsey (tired of all the blimps flying around my house this week)

More Great News.

With the success of these trials, the next 3G version could very well be irrelavant to the mid-term future of the wireless industry. Even if w-cdma is selected by the ETSI (which I highly doubt), the current GSM operators are going to need a link to all their GSM equipment before they start any knd of technology migration.

In my mind, the game may already be over?. IMO, w-cdma will only be big news once LMDS commercialization starts to takes hold.

Hard for me to see any holes in current Qualcomm moves.
