You are missing my point. Clik! will have to be used in MUCH MUCH
more than high-end digital cameras to be anywhere near as successful
as ZIP. All of you are comparing Clik! based devices to these very
high end, expensive devices that have relatively small volume.
(and use bulky batteries, re-chargables, etc...)

For CLIK! to be successful, it must be used in very portable things
such as PDAs, cell phones, LOW END, nearly disposable camera's ($50
or less, etc..).

In these applications, POWER, COST (to the manufacture), SIZE and
DURABILITY are the 4 most important items. Clik! loses to flash
in ALL FOUR items. This is the problem I have. I'd mortgage my house
to buy stock if Clik! could lead flash in just 2 of those areas.

A matrix may help:

FEATURE CLIK! FLASH
------- ----- -----

Power consumption X

interface cost X

compactness X

durability X

cost/mbyte X

It's not enough to be 'good enough'. It must blast flash to overtake
it.

I'll post more info on battery life in my next post.
