SKT dividend seems to be much larger then the earnings???

I dangled that one in front of my wife (a shopaholic) as a possible new position in one of her IRAs... her response surprised me: "I hate that idea. Outlet malls are toast"... reminded her that she has a slightly overweight TGT position... and she reminded me, she built her TGT position within spitting distance of a multi-year low for TGT... bottom line, am taking SKT off her watch list, but leaving it on mine.
