Insider . FYI ( everyones) the only real insider is George, and said if he had to sell shares he would sell his before issuing outstanding so that is good . There is some small amounts held by a few people , very small, and there are 3 other " insiders" who are really lefto over from the beginging whent he shell was purchased i believe. George has 6 they have the rest, George's also says they are friendly. GO NRAG MBA PS I was unaware of the recent filing but could care less , im sure it was for a good reason. PSS The yahoo board, since i am doing this in my free time , i wont be starting a board at yahoo, but i urge others to do so.
