Thats laughable. 2 years of investigating Trump and attacking Manafort for tax evasion and you think sending and receiving the highest levels of classified information on an unsecured server couldn’t be prosecuted for intent or gross negligence.

The rule of law doesn’t apply for Dems. 0bama & holder perverted and corrupted the DOJ.

>> She pushed back against the suggestion that the FBI “blew over” potentially charging Clinton with gross negligence under the Espionage Act, saying officials did consider it — but decided that the move would be too “constitutionally vague,” unprecedented, and “that they did not feel that they could sustain a charge.”

This is, simply put, a lie. The documents in the link I provided clearly showed that Loretta Lynch ruled it out. Not based on the law. But based on a tarmac meeting with the target's husband.

It is fucking Democrat partisan politics as usual. Damn right they never get charged. Except maybe Weiner for dicky-waving.

If course she pushed back comrade. She wasn't under oath with the Washington Post. DUH?
