Thanks for that page, I've bookmarked it.

Support for Trump is right in the middle of his range.

So what if it is "in the middle of his range"? It is low now. And his range has been low for his entire term. Very low. Yeah, Clinton's ratings were low too, but he raised taxes, had pretty high interest rates and had a recession to deal with, while Trump has had a relatively strong economy, very low unemployment numbers, very low interest rates and he cut taxes. And despite the fact that Clinton's ratings were somewhat low, they still were only as low as Trump's for a short period of time and he was never underwater (that is, his approval rating was never below his disapproval rating, although they got close for a very brief period of time). Ford is the only president listed on that page where it was close for longish periods of time and even he had longer periods where that was not the case.

Those charts support my contention that Trump has record low ratings in the modern post-WWII era, which is especially striking given the way the economy has been during his presidency. IMHO, most people don't give him credit for it because most of us feel it is a continuation of the economy under Obama that was given extra stimulus through the tax cut.
