On the same page there are sketches of how other Presidents did until this point in their term. When you mouse over the Trump's approval rating, it will also show the equivalent point for other presidents. You will see that Trump is above both Reagan and Carter. He is below Clinton, but by less than the margin of error that you see in the top chart.
