Seriously, how the hell did Jussie Smollett avoid prosecution? There's a very strong "Chicago" odor coming out of that decision. He did forfeit his bail and the Feds are still looking into that "hate mail" fraud.

Seriously, how the hell did Jussie Smollett avoid prosecution? Rumors are the Obama's had a lot to do with it, and the Chicago Police are furious. I can't confirm or deny that but neither are dumb enough to get caught.
