The "Wilson Snit" scenario sounds most likely to me, too. But whatever the actual series of events, it was (is) and absolute insult to shareholder's intelligence to expect them to accept the "accidental
news release" nonsense.

The boys on the Board of Directors found themselves with a big pot of new money from the warrant call and immediately started fighting over it. Frankly, I don't care if they ever get their act together again.
And, since I'm no longer a stock holder, I'll try not to garbage up this thread with my vitriol. Good luck to those of you who decide to hang in there, though.

By the way, PrAcMan is right on, I believe, in his assessment of DCTC.
If that puppy doesn't start moving big time in the next day or two, then I'm going to be holding hands with our dear friend Rod, where ever he may be - bless him. George

TKA-- You are right on. What basic changes have occurred in the fundamentals of this company, that has seen seven quaters of upward earnings growth and the continuation of meeting 30% RoI? Really nothing, the same team that was there is still in place, however its obvious that there is some sort of disagreement on policy or future strategy. The mistake of letting the public know of the internal squabble is something they will have to live with and hope that continued good earnings news will overshadow that. These same internal issues go on with many companies and we never know about them since they dont't let happen what happened here.

This is an unfortunate PUBLIC EVENT, that should have been handled internally but I don't see it as a damaging change in company direction or stratergy. It's more embarrasing than it is strategic.
