The Prius built in Japan was built to meet demand in California.

Does the CO2 emitted during the production and transportation of the Prius contribute to Atmospheric CO2?

The answer is Yes of course.

You can play games with your emissions accounting, but denying the effects of California's demand for imported products is just silly.

It is a closed system. No matter what funny games you play with your statistics.

>>California shipped US$171.9 billion worth of goods around the globe in 2017.
