We are headed for a Bladerunner world then I don't buy into equality of outcomes.. Nor even equality of opportunity can be expected. Just a basic simple floor.. Redistribution of wealth needs be kept minor. Since it is rarely distributed as ideologically planned.. But to the hands of an even smaller few than 1%.. The change can be initiated from above but needs to show all have skin in the game.. So it becomes cultural. Otherwise Charlie Stole the handle and the train it couldn't slow down.. No way to slow down.
