When you sleep with dogs, expect fleas.... And more importantly, how long can Tesla go if it loses the backing of the California and Hollywood liberal elite that have helped spearhead its cause and lend gravitas to Musk's company to begin with? $165K for a fully loaded Model S? 2% property tax on that the first year is $3,300 or $275 a month in the lease payment.... so $1,078 was a hell of a bargain! I bet he didn't claim the difference between fair market value and what he paid as "income" for the free advertising of Tesla either.
