Well, I didn't read back, but being opposed to abortion doesn't mean one is advocating anything forced per se.

I cannot come up with a non-doctrinal reason for making the moral judgment that the forced preservation of a human embryo trumps all other considerations, both moral and practical.

I can oppose all sorts of things without advocating that my views be forced on others. So I could easily see an atheist being opposed to abortion for moral reasons, just not religious moral reasons. And independently of those reasons, they wouldn't need to want to force that view on anyone.
