You need to be unloading your real estate onto desperate flight capital from China.

The multiple of rents they're paying is beyond fantasy. We the sale arranged as a land lease with a huge security payment and a land lease until my parents die, at which point title transfers.

Who knows what tomorrow brings, but fools from China are desperate to spend their money right now.

China’s rise is, at this point, glaringly apparent. The discernible future suggests that the same is true of China’s subsequent decline.

Preparation for this reality must begin now so tomorrow’s strategists may reap the benefits that strategists managing China’s rise lack today.
