HI Kirk,

I've said for quite a while that Tesla is worth quite a lot from the patent values. It will also be bid up if a BK happened and many OEM's wouls salivate on have a no franchisee, direct to the public model.

10's of millions in legal battles got Tsla there.

I was thinking if Musk got sick or died - Tsla may just go up. <smile>

Tesla value is far above zero. imho.

Selling a put is a bullish move. I would never sell a put on TSLA because I would not want the stock put to me if and when they file for reorg, which could likely happen one day in the not too distant future. The company bleeds cash at a very fast clip and I see nothing which is going to change that.
