Thanks. I believe Schwab did a study of Sell in May... and showed it was not worth following. STS missed most of last year's decline and recovery whereas my method that doesn't use a calendar but just asset allocation using price, does better with less risk.

Interest Rate Update.


Note how the real yield for TIPS is now lower than the base rate for Series I Bonds... that suggests to me that the May 1st new base rate for iBonds won't be as good so if you want to buy, now is probably the time to lock in 0.5%.
