TKA,

Excellent post - I think this is exactly what is needed at this time. It's one thing to lose the weak hands but if this continues there will be no hands at all.

T.K., they need to call an early annual meeting (was held in May last year) so that we can air this all out, vote, and get on with the business of growing this company.

To answer your question, the current Voting Agreement allows Harrison to nominate one Board member, so maybe he nominated himself. Then again, I don't quite understand Board appointments. Shareholders must approve the Board; we approved the 3-member Board last May of Wilson, Logue, and Bussey. And, I didn't know that additional mid-year interim appointments could be made without shareholder approval.

The breakdown for this year:

Wilson will nominate 4 Board members.
Harrison gets 1 nomination.
Mims gets 1 nomination.
Harrison & Mims together get 1 more nomination.

I believe the current Board is 5 strong (Wilson, his brother-in-law (Bussey), Logue, Harrison, and Mims).

Sure did look like a lot of support at $5. Even when it tried to break it rallied. Is it possible that someone knowledgeable (insider?) is using these cloudy news releases and lack of good news releases to accumulate. This is the gaming industry - is it not??
