Mr. Desousa, As someone who started reading your posts in mid-October, I have a few questions that I would appreciate hearing your response to. You have stated many times that you are not an investor in Franklin, neither long nor short. You have also stated that your motivation is altruism. That you wish to everyone to hear a fair and balanced point of view. However, I have a few problems regarding the merit that should be afforded to your posts. You began stating that you would post damaging information from the Franklin S1 beginning on May 9, 1997. You actually posted the first of your conclusions on October 18, 1997. it took many months of obviously hard work conducting DD, to post a few paragraphs that are standard legal disclaimers that exist in nearly every S1, inculding CYMER! I wonder why you ever invested in that company if you are so worried by the irrelevant passages that you posted. If this all you can come up with, then you are more bullish on this stock than I could have imagined. I will be happy to provide the equivalent statements from CYMI S1. Let me know. Why aren't you posting to CYMER, they have been doing so well lately, is it because the last time you were out there they tarred and feathered you? If you are a Bull on a stock I am a Bear on that one. Yours truly and of course the greatest regards ever.
