Any idea why DCI is waiting until the 29th to start the buyback? And, what affect should that delay have on the price between now and then?

Very glad for the news.... at todays price, that is ABOUT 17% buyback of outstanding stock if they spend all $5 mill... but I'd expect the price to be above today's price so the total will be lower.
