I really don't have a downside number. As I have said many times, someone or some group (most likely) has made it a project to keep TSLA afloat, no matter how poorly it is operated or how insane the CEO is. It should go bankrupt. Why would anyone with a financial brain loan them money or buy their stock? But this is no normal stock. It is a project of some sort backed by who the heck knows (other than the Saudis). Musk is a lying pumper but the press forgives him every hour of every day. And now, evidently, so does the SEC.

It looks to me like TSLA is in A of 4. We need a B down, then a C up and then the mighty 5 down.
