Sweet Ol you are right on. Solar Flares on the face of the sun facing Earth . In late 90's 160/day on average . So far this year 1 or 2 when we have them . Most days sun is blank . Maunder Minimum no flares , or low # , for 50 years . 1600's ice on the Ever Glades type of cold . First 4 months of this year zero or 1 to 2 /day . Colder this fall and 2020 start of the colder climate .
