Never let your politics drive investments. I kinda agree with you but there is enough crazy $ to buy this as a luxury good.

I'm shocked, simply shocked that a guy who sells beef thinks this is a bad product. Actually I agree it's overvalued here, but it's been a great day trader out of the gate, which is all I have done with it. I have no opinion on the ingredients. We compared the burgers to some beef burgers: Beyond Burgers, Tasted pretty good, went down easy: Expensive--$3.00 per burger $BYND Ballpark brand Burgers, tasted good, went down easy and cheap: $1.40 per burger Therein lies the rub. Too expensive. Also more expensive than some other vegan burgers, although we haven't tried any of the competition. Maybe the Impossible burger at Burger King some time. No plans here to stop eating beef any time soon :)
