Lou, I did find an IRA start fee of $25 and a yearly fee of $40. Didn't find an IRA 'close' fee. Interesting that these don't show on the Datek 'fees' page, but buried on the specialized accounts page. Thank you for pointing them out. Since I could save the $65 in 3 trades over e.slob, I have yet to find a fee that would warrent Smartmoney's hefty adjective. Anybody know of any? Or is this just another reporter's bias? Cheers!
