Wharfie, They are, but the state has chosen to count only the latter. Yes. That's how stupid the state is. You do know that we are shooting for zero emissions, and not 100% renewable, don't you? How the F does that make a difference? Large or small, hydro IS zero-emission. Face it, you are defending the indefensible.
